The Bass Museum of Art
Located in Miami Beach, the museum presents us with exhibitions of international artists that have different points of view in various disciplines such as design, fashion or architecture and that bring new ways of thinking to the diverse cultural context of the city. The museum also focuses on having a vigorous education program that is available for lifelong learning and visitors of all ages.
de la Cruz Collection
This is a gallery located in Key Biscayne that has several pieces of work by famous artists such as Ana Mendieta or Salvador Dalí and is run by Rosa and Carlos de la Cruz since 2009 and is free to the public. According to Rosa de la Cruz, the gallery “is the story of contemporary American art influencing and being influenced by contemporary artists from Central Europe over the last three decades”.
Institute of Contemporary Art
Also known as ICA, this museum located in the Design District is dedicated to promoting continuous experimentation in contemporary art through a collection of local, emerging, and under-recognized artists so that the public can appreciate and understand new perspectives of contemporary art.
